3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your app777 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you must notify app777 support immediately.
3.4 Identity Verification (KYC). app777 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit government-issued identification (such as a Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or account access.
3.5 Account Currency. All app777 accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ / PHP). Deposits and withdrawals are processed in PHP. app777 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
Note: app777 will never contact you by email, SMS, or live chat to request your password, PIN, or full payment card details. If you receive such a request, do not respond and report it to our support team immediately.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. app777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Philippine payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Additional payment methods may be added or removed at app777's discretion. The current list of accepted methods is always displayed on the Cashier page within your account.
4.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on app777 is ₱100. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status. Players who have completed full KYC verification are eligible for higher deposit limits.
4.3 Deposit Processing. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your app777 account instantly. Bank transfer deposits (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take up to one (1) business day to process. app777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically completed within five (5) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. Before a withdrawal can be processed, you must have completed KYC verification, met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and not have any pending disputes or investigations on your account. app777 reserves the right to request additional documentation before approving any withdrawal.
4.6 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed.
4.7 Dormant Accounts. An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months. app777 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee of ₱50 to dormant accounts with a positive balance, after providing thirty (30) days' written notice to the registered email address.
app777 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time of the offer:
5.1 Wagering Requirements. All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms. Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for app777 welcome bonuses is 20x the bonus amount.
5.2 Bonus Eligibility. Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. Unless otherwise stated, each promotion is available once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address. app777 reserves the right to determine bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.
5.3 Bonus Expiry. Unless otherwise stated, bonus funds and any associated free spins expire seven (7) days from the date of issue. Expired bonuses and any winnings generated from them will be removed from your account without notice.
5.4 Bonus Abuse. app777 actively monitors for bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing low-risk or hedged bets to meet wagering requirements, and exploiting errors or loopholes in promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is identified, app777 reserves the right to void the bonus, void any winnings derived from the bonus, and suspend or close the associated account.
5.5 Promotional Changes. app777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes will not affect bonuses already credited to player accounts, subject to the applicable specific terms.
Reminder: Always read the specific terms of each promotion before opting in. The specific terms of a promotion take precedence over these general bonus terms where there is any conflict.
6.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets placed on app777 are subject to acceptance by app777 at its sole discretion. app777 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or void any bet without providing a reason, including bets placed after an event has commenced where live betting is not offered.
6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets on app777. These limits are displayed within each game or market and may vary by game type, player account status, and promotional period.
6.3 Errors and Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, system malfunction, or manifest error in odds or game outcomes, app777 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to players. Winnings generated as a result of a manifest error will not be paid. app777 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.
6.4 Sports Betting. Sports betting markets on app777 cover events including PBA, NBA, UFC, international football, boxing, and other sports. Specific rules for each sport and market type are available within the Sports section of the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a sporting event, the decision of the relevant governing body shall be final.
6.5 Live Casino. Live casino games on app777 are operated by certified third-party game providers. The rules of each live casino game are governed by the rules displayed within the game interface. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game, the outcome of the round in progress at the time of disconnection will stand as determined by the game server.

10.2 app777's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your app777 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.3 app777 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. We reserve the right to suspend or discontinue the Platform or any part thereof at any time for maintenance, upgrades, or other operational reasons.
10.4 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude app777's liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
11.1 Termination by You. You may close your app777 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending KYC verification.
11.2 Termination by app777. app777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account at any time, with or without notice, if: (a) you breach any provision of these Terms; (b) we are required to do so by law or regulatory directive; (c) we reasonably suspect fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity on your account; or (d) you fail to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
11.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your account for breach of these Terms, app777 reserves the right to forfeit any bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real-money balances may be withheld pending investigation where fraud or criminal activity is suspected.
11.4 Self-Exclusion. Players who wish to take a break from gaming may request a self-exclusion period through the Responsible Gaming tools available in their account settings. These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines.
